Kinesio-tape

Kinesio tape, or K-Tape is used to facilitate the body's own mechanisms to improve function, decrease pain and support joints.

Kinesio tape isn't as restricting as rigid tape, allowing more natural movements. This aids in sporting performance, and general maintenance of correct muscle strength.

Comes in a variety of colours and in either 2.5cm or 3.8cm widths. 

Made from cotton and elastic, once applied this high quality kinesio-tape can stay on for a number of days.
